Decommissioning Team Lead
KEITH CAULFIELD brings 40 years of experience to the oilfield, in both downstream (10 years) and upstream (30 years) sectors. A mechanical and structural engineer by education, Keith soon moved from these fields into project engineering and project management. Within the upstream oil industry, he has been an engineer, project manager, and operations manager for all manner of deepwater subsea projects. In recent years Keith’s time has been spent on offshore decommissioning and intervention work. His expertise includes subsea wellheads, trees, field developments, and plugging and abandonment. This work has been done all over the globe, from the GOM and South America to the North Sea, West Africa, and Southeast Asia. Keith is named on four patents, the most recent of which is pertinent to the decommissioning field.
Keith’s latest assignment is as Decommissioning Team Lead for Endeavor Management. His primary work at Endeavor has been in the offshore field, having project managed the recent major Decommissioning JIP, which undertook studies on a variety of issues of importance to the deepwater intervention and decommissioning community.
