Matt Weinstock, is a deepwater subsea well intervention Subject Matter Expert with 16 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, 12 years of which have been with Shell E&P. Matt graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering.  He started his carrier with Schlumberger as Well Testing Engineer working in Brazil and Alaska.  In 2005 moved to Shell E&P where worked in the GoM until 2012 as a Subsea C&WI Engineer.  Matt was able to take a short term assignment in 2007 for one year in the Netherlands as Business Performance Improvement Engineer.  He returned to Brazil in 2012 and spent 4 years there with a focus on subsea completions and well interventions.  He returned to the GoM in 2016 and now acts as the Engineering Technical Lead for CAT-B and Riserless subsea interventions as well as Team Lead for International Subsea Intervention Support.
